We recommend measuring your dog before choosing a size, even if you usually know their size in other brands. Ela Teila pieces are shaped around petite dog proportions, so the best fit comes from three measurements: back length, neck, and chest.

If your dog is between sizes, we usually recommend choosing the size that allows enough room around the chest. The garment should sit comfortably without pulling, restricting movement, or feeling tight when your dog walks, sits, or curls up.

For styles available in Regular and Wide fit, the back length stays the same, while the neck and chest proportions differ. If your dog has a fuller chest or broader body shape, Wide may offer a more comfortable fit.

Regular and Wide fits are designed for petite dogs with different body
proportions. Regular is suited for dogs with a more standard petite build. Wide is designed for dogs who need more room around the neck and chest, while keeping the same back length. This helps avoid choosing a longer garment just to gain extra chest space.

We deliver to Lithuania, the United Kingdom and the United States, shipping from Lithuania. Orders are prepared within 1–2 business days. Delivery after dispatch: Lithuania 1–2 business days, United Kingdom 3–5 business days, United States 4–6 business days.

For UK and US orders, duties and import taxes are calculated and paid at checkout, so nothing is due on delivery.

All Ela Teila orders are packed and shipped from Lithuania.

Each order is prepared with care before dispatch, so please allow a short Processing time before your parcel is handed over to the shipping carrier.

You can request a return within 14 days of delivery. Please send items back as you received them: clean, and ideally with tags and original packaging. Handling beyond trying on may reduce the refund.

We refund the item and our standard delivery cost. Return shipping is paid by you, with no restocking fee.

We don't offer direct exchanges. If you need another size or style, please return the original and place a new order.

Care instructions vary depending on the material and style. Please

Some pieces may require gentle hand washing, while others can be machine washed at a low temperature. To help preserve the shape, texture, and finish of the garment, we recommend washing only when needed and drying flat where instructed.

Ela Teila pieces are designed to balance style, comfort, and function for petite dogs. The proportions, neckline, chest area, and movement points are considered carefully so the garment can sit naturally on a small body.

As every dog is different, we recommend introducing any new garment
gradually and always checking that your dog can move, rest, and breathe
