Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed.
We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs authorities, incorrect or incomplete delivery information provided by the customer, import procedures, seasonal volumes, or events outside our reasonable control.
You are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address. If an order cannot be delivered due to incorrect or incomplete information provided by you, refused delivery, failure to collect the parcel, or unpaid import charges, additional shipping, return, or handling costs may apply.
If an order is delayed, lost, damaged in transit, or marked as delivered but not received, please contact us at info@elateila.com so we can review the issue.
Any remedy will be assessed in accordance with the carrier’s investigation, our policies, and applicable law.
Returns and Refunds
Returns, exchanges, cancellations, and refunds are governed by our Refund Policy.

Items sent back without first requesting a return in accordance with our Refund Policy may not be accepted.

Our products are intended for petite dog breeds and should be used only as described on the product page, product label, care information, and Product Safety & Usage instructions.
