Petite breeds vary a lot, so if your measurements fall between sizes we usually suggest sizing up for comfort. If in doubt, email us your measurements and we’ll help.

We ship to selected countries and regions worldwide. Available destinations are shown at checkout.

Estimated delivery after dispatch: Lithuania 1–3 business days, European Union 3–10 business days, rest of the world 5–21 business days. Times are estimates and don’t include processing. Full details in our Shipping Policy.

Shipping options and any costs are shown at checkout before you complete your order.

For orders shipped outside the European Union, customs duties or import taxes may apply and are the customer’s responsibility. These are set by your destination country, not by Ela Teila.

Once your order is dispatched, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information where available.

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unused, clean, with tags attached and in original packaging. See our Refund Policy.

Customers cover return shipping, unless the item is defective, damaged or incorrect.

We don’t offer direct exchanges. Please return the original item and place a new order for the size, colour or item you’d like.

Once we receive and inspect your return, approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Follow the care label on each item — most pieces prefer gentle, cool hand washing and air drying to keep their shape and finish.

Our pieces are designed for petite dog breeds and should be used only as described. Always check the fit, supervise your dog while wearing, and read our Product Safety & Usage guide.
